Hello,
I set up my o2 open in order to get my discount through as I just bought a new phone. The staff at the o2 shop helped me on how to get this set up and as I’ve went in to add the discount it’s saying I’m not eligible? I’m a nhs worker and sent through my payslip so unsure why it’s telling me this can’t be processed. Can you please help? X
