Hi

I’ve just moved to o2 I downloaded the o2 app
It worked fine up until my number was ported
How do I fix this ??

It will usually reset when your next bill is due but you can call customer service in the meantime Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support

Or you could delete and reinstall the app. See if that helps?
