I got a new phone at the end of February and was helpfully informed about the O2 Open scheme by a member of the O2 team. However, I've struggled with technical problems since then, with O2 not recognising my email address, and then most recently with the O2 page showing 'technical difficulties' when I've tried to sign up. I've also not been able to get through on the phones, given the extraordinary situation and the volume of calls that your team is having to cope with.
This, combined a period of family illness, means that I've now passed the 28 day cut off to sign up. I wonder if it would be possible to talk to somebody about how I might be able to go about accessing some further support on this?
