end of airtime plan

My airtime plan comes up for renewal 18th April. I want to go with sim only. My phone is paid up.

Normally 02 are in touch about this, but I have had no contact, and the 02 high street shop is closed.

How do I change to sim only, and also keep my existing number.

Choose UPGRADE to sim only. That will end your current airtime plan .
