I am unable to use my mobile phone, there is no signal at all. Only SOS is available for call out . I could receive text but not send any. This has been happening on and off for the last 3 weeks but now it just isn't functioning at all. Please help. I am 88 years old and have poor hearing an eye sight, I do not have any apps and prefer only to use text. Joan Cockcroft
