Can't call 02 to cancel because I am abroad

Cannot log in

That's weird I have reset my password and my account details are not shown (both app and website). You can see at the top showing "hi Victoria' which I assume I have successfully log in, but just I cannot see my dashboard (like data remaining,etc)
