Good morning

i am trying to activate my eSIM but unfortunately I have had no service in my phone since talking to o2 yesterday so can not receive any texts to verify the account what do u do?

Apart from waiting for the post to arrive with your QR code, you can go in store with photo ID which will be the quickest way forward for you.

Others have had to remove the physical sim when switching to an eSim as well @N11
