Hi - relates to issue 2457769.
I was incorrectly set up by O2 after having cancelled my Oomph account at Virgin earlier last year. O2 incorrectly requested billing from myself (which I was unaware of, given I had no active sim with Virgin and not signed up to O2). Following non-payment (for something I shouldn't have been billed for anyway), O2 contacted credit rating agencies and have put a mark against my name.
I have resolved the billing issue with your team who have acknowledged I do not and never have owed O2 anything, but my credit rating remains hit. An issue was raised 2 weeks ago on the above ID to resolve this, and I was told the team would be in contact within 5 working days, but have heard nothing since.
Please can you urgently look into this and fix my credit score.

I'm afraid this is a customer to customer forum and there are no O2 staff here.
I suggest phoning Payment Management and see if they can chase it up

Can I just say 02 what ever department are just liers
we have being in dispute for a year about incorrect billing and being charged for 2.phones we never had I had to get the uk police involved
so my advice email don’t bother with there call centres 100 hours so far still not resolved
honestly my 13 year could do a better job
