As the title states, I need to change the name of the account holder. I tried selecting the various options the website has available to change my name but none of them actually enable me to do so.
Can anyone help?

You will need to contact Customer Services on 0344 809 0202 and they should be able to help.
Just so you aware if this is to change the Account Holder to a new person then that person will need to setup and account with a new number, and pass all credit checks and then you will have to pay off the current contract before it can be migrated over.
I do not work for o2 or any VMo2 /Telefonica/Liberty Global Company
