The link on the MyO2 (web view) latest bill to find out what a particular 5-digit number actually is appears to go to a non-existent URL:
Link highlighted in screenshot above tries to get to:
https://www.o2.co.uk/help/account-and-billing/premium-service-checker
One working path I have found to this checker is:
https://www.o2.co.uk/help/account/billing-and-usage/premium-rate-services
How to get this back to the correct team for amendment? @Dave-O2?

Morning @pgn
Thanks for the flag, can you please drop me a screenshot of where this link shows in My O2?
Thanks

Added in head post above - the first screenshot fell foul of the "too many images" limit In the "Latest Bill" off the top row of options:
Interestingly, of the 2 x Premium Checker sections on O2 website, each shows different info for 88802:
https://www.o2.co.uk/help/account/billing-and-usage/premium-rate-services shows:
88802 is a premium rate text
Service
Other non-Adult
Provider/Category
game mobile
Contact Number
http://www.prscompliance.o2.co.uk/ <<--broken URL fyi
Premium rate texts carrying a charge from a third party related to a competition entry, quiz, charity donation, Adult Service or other
and
https://www.o2.co.uk/business/support/billing/premium-service-checker
shows:
Premium rate texts carrying a charge from a third party related to a competition entry, quiz, charity donation, Adult Service or other
Which one is correct?
