I have done several service requests to change the user name on a phone number, it says its completed but on Bill analyser, the change hasn't been made.
I changed them last year in the same way with no issue, now it doesn't work.
It is saying the status is closed and completed but it has not changed anything.

I contacted them but it was all bots, no access to talk to human.
