I am now with a different provider,you have sent me a message saying that I have to pay a Termination Bill of £83.The Direct Debit has been cancelled. I require a postal letter stating the Termination figure and how and where to pay it

Unable to access refund on my last bill

I've had a text telling me my bill - and I assume it's my final bill, because I've left o2 - has a balance in my favour of £5.18. I'm told I can have this repaid to me, if I go to 'view bills' in my account - but my account is empty of everything now...
