Lost SIM but never activated it

hello i I lost my sim and I have tried to request a new one online but i never activated it and don’t know the number. My o2 login isn’t working either

Can’t log in

I can’t log into my account because I’m not using the sim the phone is registered to - therefore I cannot make payment for my outstanding bills! No alternative login option it’s ridiculous
