I noticed that I have been charged £3 for a call to Armenia, something I have never done. I have had a few scam calls from Armenia but I never reply and in fact I have blocked a few of the numbers. But the number I have allegedly called is a different number again.

It's a known issue that O2 are incapable of resolving.

Call them and they will refund you.
