Finally getting around to cancelling a SIM I got as a package deal with Virgin Media, but I'm just going around in circles on this.
Because the SIM isn't even in a working phone I cant just call 202 or anything and it seems the other method of contact is writing a letter?
I cannot find an easy way to do this.
