So, I have had not 02 contact for 2 months now and I am still not able to access my O2 and its 'not ready yet'. How do I get this sorted.

You need to contact customer service nd get them to look at it for you. They may have to reset it for you.

No, I ended up experiencing a medical emergency and never got around to it.I decide to try and make contact today and you can't make contact with them at all.I am really disappointed in 02.I understand these are difficult times but it's unaccepted to not be able to make contact with anyone in anyway.
