Hi all.
I’ve been an o2 customer for over 20 years. But seems I’m not recognised by the My o2 app as I can’t seem to log in..!!!
Has anybody out there got any ideas why..??
This has only just recently happened..!!

A quick search of this community, would show that there is a billing platform migration on going, and that this seems to impact the ability for people to login. Lots of people asking the same questions...

This is a customer to customer community, not O2, so we cannot access your account, sorry.
You need to contact O2.
