So I've been away from o2 for a couple of years and trying to purchase a new o2 SIM and return
When I goto the o2 homepage I can sign in under the personal section fine
When I selected my o2, I changed my password and then logged in but then the next time it doesn't let me login.
When I add to basket it then changes the name and birth date to my eldest daughter and I cannot change anything..she's never had an account with o2
Anyone know what is going on?
Customer service were as useful as it ever was!

So I tried registering and it found an email account (my email) associated to the number so I reset the password again...this time it asked for my mothers maiden name...
Logged in...but when I select myO2...doesn't recognised me

Just tried it on the app too...wouldn't let me login so ran same process and then let me login

Already am but seems like you have issues with your MyO2...one minute I can login which shows my details...the next minute I cannot.
