Hi,

I lost my phone (REMOVED)

Can you please verify the number of an old phone: (REMOVED)

I'm not sure I've got the number A-Okay correct.

It has an O2 SIM card.

If the number is valid, I will proceed to top it up.

Question number two is: how do I let verification using website (not 2-step verification ) know that I need to change my number if I can't log in to their website? Examples being: eBay or gov.uk?

The first question is the most important though,

Thanks,

Charles

This is not O2 so you need to follow the advice here. O2 will then send a new SIM with the original number

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
