My O2 app

when I log in to the app it says that you need to wait 2 days for my account to be allowed to have the app but have waited over a week and the same message pops up.

After switching to O2 my sim got inactive

After switching from Vodafone to O2 my sim card stopped working, now it cannot connect to the network and I cannot neither receive sms messages nor calls.
