I’ve just got a new pay as you go SIM card and I’m trying to setup a new account, when I click on register it asks if I’m already a o2 customer and there is no option to open a new account

Yes got an ee SIM card today. I’ve read on twitter o2 has been updating the site since the 2nd of November and nobody new can register to my o2.

I haven't topped up ye I was planning on setting up an account and going on a rolling plan, I'll try again tomorrow

I'm getting the same page that you are on but when I click register now it brings me back to the same page as before
