It says my O2 isn’t available to me yet and won’t log me in, but this is the first time I’ve had this issue and I’ve been using O2 for… 8/9 years?! How do I get around this?

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this

This is happening to a few people. If you have access to a PC, then it usually works.
