I hope you are doing well. I am trying to leave O2 UK as soon as my contract comes to its planned end, as I am moving abroad, and cannot find a proper way to do it.
I sent a letter requesting a confirmation - NO response.
I sent an email to customer complain - NO response.
I called their complaint hotline - NO response - even tho I called during "office hours" it said they are closed.
I just want to prevent to be forced into a new contract that I won't be able to use. So is there a hidden link or form that I can use to get a confirmation that my contract will end when planned?
