Hi i wanted to pay my bills but i cant go to an account i changed password 2 times however it tells me to do security check however i cant activate my sim so can you help me out to log me in to account i remember everything password etc.

You can avoid problems like this in the future by setting up a Direct Debit.
Be aware that payments can take up to 48 hours to clear O2's account, and as it is a Bank Holiday weekend it will take longer.
You can also speak to the Payment Management Team on 0800 902 0217/0800 032 5302 but they won't be able to speed up the payment process.
The opening times are:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm
