Am I still with O2? I still want to be with O2 - I was with teephonica but a company called clear vision wanted to take my account and they sent me a new SIM card and my phone was disconnected - now I can only use my phone when I’m at home using the Wi-Fi
I have emailed the company clear vision to cancel the agreement and I deleted the DD they tried to set up and they have now emailed back to say that the DD has been cancelled but I am without the ability to use my phone when I’m not near Wi-Fi - I would like some advice as to what to do ? As they took the pac number from telephonica but I have not put in the SIM card they sent me as I do not want to take up their agreement as I am not sure about the company - please help - I still want to be able to use my own number which ************

Looks like you should contact the sales team as they can help with that – message them on Social Media if that works best for you -on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG)
