My o2 App

Hi all.I’ve been an o2 customer for over 20 years. But seems I’m not recognised by the My o2 app as I can’t seem to log in..!!! Has anybody out there got any ideas why..?? This has only just recently happened..!! cheers

Can’t log into my o2 app

I cant login onto the myo2 app to view my account, bills etc. Been logged out automatically and now can’t get back in. Never had an issue before, can login online but get the message “no products or services this account. Anyone know how to fix this?
