Hi all,

I'm not sure why but literally every time I try to login, I get the message "sorry but this information doesn't match our records" so I have to click I've forgotten my password and reset it. I know I'm not typing the password incorrectly. I have no idea why it does this and it's really annoying me now! Please help. I've even asked google chrome to remember my password but that doesn't help either, it still says it doesn't match the records. I've only got this 1 email address for o2. Any help would be appreciated innocent

Hi @unicornchazz

You may want to ring customer services https://www.o2.co.uk/contactus  and ask to speak to a guru (or visit your local store)

They may be able to troubleshoot this issue for you

Best of luck and welcome to the forum Welcome
