I cannot access my o2 portal to pay the bills. It says cannot login come back after 48 hours. But it is same after sometime too.
could you check it for me?
also I am trying to pay my overdue bill. Over your payment line it keep telling payment is decline even if there sufficient a mount of money. Could you please check it?
now my data connection is restricted.

If you are trying to log in to the My O2 app
Instead try the web version
https://accounts.o2.co.uk/signin
If that works then delete the app, reboot phone and reinstall
If none of that works then
You can call O2 on 202
