How do I get my PAC online?

I can't text as my mobile is broken and I want to keep my number on a new mobile with a different network. I've heard it's online somewhere but I can't find it.

Hello Robr In order to get your pac you will need your mobile working as even online they will send you a text confirmation , I would suggest calling o2 from a landline where you can pass Gdpr and they will be able to help you.
