Been switched across to O2 from Virgin.

O2 sent an email telling me my account (as a pay monthly customer) had been created and a link to 'validate' the account. The link doesn't work and I have been going round in circles trying to log in and access the account so I can port my number. Tried registering as pay monthly, and also creating new account. Tried numerous attempts to 'reset password' which, as far as I'm aware, hasn't even been registered. Not impressed with Aura as it didn't have a clue what the issue was!

Going back to my Virgin sim until I can sort this out. Any help / suggestions from the community gratefully received.

We're just customers like you but it sounds as if you need someone to access your account which can't be done from here.

Give O2 a call on 202 or 0344 809 0202.
