I upgraded my phone online about a week ago. I had friends and family discount but it has not seemed to carry over... do I need to do anything?? Does it carry over?

You would need to contact the member of staff who is your friend or family and have them re-apply the discount within 28 days.

It is only them that can get the discount back added.
