Hi,
I placed an order for a new phone over the phone for click and collect. I haven't received an email about my order saying that they have my order etc. Only the email about the contract details. Is there an issue with o2's emailing system. Should I be worried

Thanks, I contacted o2 but they said there's delays to their shipments to stores due to there warehouse move

That's been their excuse for the past 2 weeks, but it changes between a warehouse issue and a labelling issue.
I wouldn't believe a word of it myself.

You are about to enter a world of hurt. You will not get an email because they don't know what they are doing. Their excuse will be an error at their new warehouse. If you try to cancel they will tell you it will take 10 days to cancel. After the 10 days are up, you will still be waiting.
It's happening to everybody.
