I have been charged for 2 months of Disney+ as an add on which I haven’t used at all. Can I get a refund?

No I'm afraid not. I presume you chose Disney as an add on, so it's up to you how much you watch it.

Also Disney is controlled by Disney. It has nothing to do with O2. They just offer it as an extra.
