Can’t open O2 app

I cannot open my O2 app. I’ve gone online and change and saved my new password but when I try to log in it says Error

Have you tried uninstalling the app and then reinstalling it on your phone, as it could be app cache hasnt cleared the old password

 

Current Phone: Sony XPeria Pro-I and Motorola Razr 5G
I also have a Planet Computers Gemini

I work in IT as an Enterprise Messaging and Collaboration Tools Administrator (Office 365, Slack and much much more) and manage hardware both Mobile and Desktop / laptop, my desk is a bit like PC World
