Hi I have recently had a new phone and my tariff has changed to an airtime and a device bill. I can find the airtime bill, but can't locate the device bill, its just showing the contract agreement. Can anyone help me please, with thanks.

As far as I know you will have to contact customer service if youi require a copy as it's a fixed agreement

HI thanks for the prompt reply - i've gone into device plan but it just tells me monthly payment but doesn't give me an invoice (whereas the airtime plan does provide an invoicde) I need an invoice to put through my business. Thanks.

The only statement you get is after each 12 month period until fully paid up.
