Earlier today my O2 app was showing my data allowance, but now its not. I get an error message saying: "This information is not available at this time". I had about 88g left this afternoon - there's no way I've used that much in a few hours so not sure why its not showing.

Is this normal? I'm new to 02.

Thanks

@CarlyB

It does come and go sometimes but should sort itself out overnight.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)

It does disappear at night as o2 updates the system.
If you check now it should be fine @CarlyB & @arosex...

I've been getting that message for 24 hours now. Not very helpful when you need to know how much data is left

I have also been getting this message for the last couple of days. If we can not see how much data we have and we go over our data allowance will O2 cover the bill?
