Martin - I tried again today and guess what - same error... I have formally complained and the person responding to that doesnt seem to get it that this is a recognised IT issue so I have had to provide all the details (again). I have asked for paper bills to be posted to me every month now. I really give up trying to do a simple download.

Every month this happens and it is very frustrating. It is the only website I ever have issues with and o2 seem to do nothing about it. I will leave o2 when the contract is up for this one reason.
