Plenty of good advise in those links. Main thing is to call customer service on 202 and ask for a 'charge to mobile' bar on your account which will stop further charges.

Following the advice provided and don't forget to put on the bar to directly charge your mobile phone through customer services. Prevents scammers being able to put a sneaky charge on.
