Hello,
i’m trying to change my address to match my Virgin Media account but the app and website does not allow me to enter the address manually to match the records Virgin has.
at the moment the website says I am not entitled to Volt as Virgin is not available at my address - I’ve been a Virgin customer for over 20 years!
