I can't login to my account anymore to see my bill

@LaimaThe usual way is to follow this guide Guide: How do I get to the 'Download Bill' page? 

However if you have changed to the new 360 billing system, follow these instructions:

Use the Web Version

Go into MyO2  http://www.o2.co.uk/myo2

Scroll down to Your Latest Bill

Click View Airtime Bill, which will open a new page.

Use the Dropdown box to select which Bill you want to see.
