If you are out of contract and the deal you have found is one from a comparison website you can take out a new contract via them and then migrate you old number across

It will,however, require a fresh credit check

Guide: Migration & porting into O2

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

@Georgemunsie1

Looks like you should contact the sales team as they can help with that – message them on Social Media if that works best for you -on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG)
Or you can call them on 0800 081 0255
Thanks

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
Please select the post that helped you best and mark as the solution. This helps other members in resolving their issues faster. Thank you.

I wish to change my tariff I went into an O2 shop they couldn't do it and said someone would call me.  They did and left a message.  They did not call back.  I have tried to change my tariff online to no avail.  After being with O2 for several years this is not good customer service.  Looking for a change now...

If your phone is on a Refresh Tariff, bought from O2 (online or in-store), you can flex your tariff up or down once a month, @janetblackpool - in your MyO2: https://www.o2.co.uk/refresh/flexible-tariffs

Or you may be on the new billing system, 360 - that has been causing quite a few in-store SNAFUs lately, more here: https://community.o2.co.uk/t5/Welcome-News/O2-System-Updates-360/m-p/1598402/highlight/true#M39424

O2 Advisors here on the forum do not work Sundays, but if you are about tomorrow morning around 9am, @O2Sarah- should be on, she will send you a message here on the Forum. Any help?
