No contact in home

Hi, We moved to O2 from Vodaphone recently as the coverage map showed that we should be able to receive at our home in TQ7 3EY.Coverage is not better and wehave no signal in the house. Do you have a booster which will give us cover, please?

Cant view my plan on the o2 app

Hello I got a new pay monthly contract samsung Galaxy s10 and since I have had it i have been unable to access my plan to view how much calls, data and texts I have used it has been like this for 2 to 3 weeks.
