My contract has needed, is there somewhere on My O2 account I can cancel my tariff

The only way to cancel is by contacting Customer Services

They open at 8am in the morning, by calling 202 from your o2 phone or 0344 809 0202
When it comes to the reason you are calling, stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else

Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
