How do I contact someone to cancel my contract? I have a sim from O2 and they said they would cancel the contract, but they haven't yet.

I called o2 on the 14th said they’d send an email- no email yet.

how do I know contract will end on 14/11?

You can ask for an use a PAC or STAC which will cancel the contract @Jojopops .
