I bought an O2 Sim card online through the website Sim corner and have used its services for one month. I accidentally went on the O2 site to top up that same Sim card, however it didn’t work that way and I paid for a service I did not receive, I am being charge £20 every month for a service I am not using and I would like a refund please for both transactions the last 2 months. I have called and visited the O2 store, both have told me that the charge would be pending and won’t actually charge me, when it actually did.

Generally there's no refunds on PAYG but as we’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this or call 4445
