Resolved! Cancelling contract

Hi, I want to cancel my contract for number (REMOVED) The contract has ended but is just rolling over. I have tried numerous times to call and cancel but I've just been sat on hold for up to an hour and had to go back to work.

Transferring old number to new SIM

I rang O2 helpline yesterday and was told that my previous O2 number would be transferred within 24 hours to my new SIM but 24 hours has passed and the number has not yet been transferred to my new SIM.
