I was originally on Vodafone and transferred across to o2 and I still cannot access my o2 app. Says it’ll take 48 hours but it’s been weeks if not months

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 using the links below, they should be able to help you with this

If you cannot access the MyO2 app, you might want to try uninstalling it, rebooting your handset and then reinstalling it.
There is also the option of trying to log into MyO2 using the link at the top of this webpage.
