Can't log into 02 app even though I have reset my password

I can't log into the app even though I successfully reset my password on Google Chrome and the app logged me out before hand.

Hi yes I tried again just now it works. I don't know why it logged me out completely and made me set a pin but it's okay now. I wanted to check my balance but it works thank you
