You and hundreds of others

If you are trying to log in to the My O2 app

 

Instead try the web version 

 

https://accounts.o2.co.uk/signin

 

If that works then delete the app, reboot phone and reinstall 

 

If none of that works then 

 

You can call O2 on 202

 

Or use the social media links below

 

Message them on Social Media. Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG

 

 

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

The My O2 app has had an update, I reset my password and it works fine now.

Current devices: Apple iPhone 15 Pro Max, Apple iPad Pro 11” and Apple Watch Series 9 (all with O2)

Seems to be an issue if a customer has more than one account on their MyO2 @Oxygen87

@MI5 I have more than one account under mine, resetting my password yesterday when the problem occurred solved the issue for me. The app has been updated and looks a little different to before.

Current devices: Apple iPhone 15 Pro Max, Apple iPad Pro 11” and Apple Watch Series 9 (all with O2)
