Billing

I can't access my bills. Website and app tells me they are not available right now and to try another phone number or account. Please can you tell me when this will be resolved?

Pay bill abroad

I am trying to pay my bill but I am currently abroad and can not accsss my 02 SIM card And unable to log in to Myo2

Upgrade

I would like to upgrade, when I login into my O2 my account says Yes you can upgrade but if I wan to finish my aplication there is some problen with my account. NC32284442

No access to my o2 or international roaming

Since I got my pay monthly contract, I can't log on to the app nor can I access any billing details via browser. I am now currently abroad (within o2 inclusive zone) yet I can't even make any calls despite having roaming included in my plan.
